New Rules Worry In-House Counsel, Survey Concludes

It's a tough time to be an in-house lawyer. A new survey has found that strict new corporate-reform laws and the high costs of outside counsel are keeping in-house attorneys up at night. The survey, conducted by Brand Research Co. on behalf of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, queried 106 attorneys at Fortune 500 and 1,000 companies nationwide.
