'Wiener' Is Ideal Review Case For Duty in Third-Party Attack

Such is the case in Wiener v. Southcoast Childcare Centers , 2003 DJDAR 4295 (Cal. App. 4th Dist. April 22, 2003), a 2-1 decision from the 4th District Court of Appeal dealing with premises liability issues of significance to businesses and property owners throughout the state.
