Geragos Likely Will Represent Scott Peterson

LOS ANGELES - Los Angeles criminal defense lawyer Mark J. Geragos likely will take over the defense of Scott Peterson, the Modesto man accused of killing his wife, Laci Peterson, and their unborn son, Connor, sources familiar with the case said Wednesday.
