January Top Deals
Despite the credit crunch, January featured some massive deals, including the mending of the Oracle-BEA deal and possibly the largest gaming transaction in history as Harrah's Inc. went private for $28 billion. The month also closed with talk of Micrsoft's $44.6 billion proposed offer to Yahoo. Here is the list compiled by staff writer Devan McClaine.
