SUNNYVALE - Yahoo Inc.'s longtime general counsel plans to resign from the company, according to a Friday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Michael J. Callahan, who has been Yahoo's general counsel since 2003, announced his resignation is effective July 9 and that he is ready to "move on to new opportunities."
