No stay yet for Samsung in Apple case

Attorneys for Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. argued Monday that a federal judge should stay a preliminary injunction blocking the sales of the Galaxy Nexus smartphone while the case is on appeal.

SAN JOSE - Attorneys for Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. argued Monday that a federal judge should stay a preliminary injunction blocking the sales of the Galaxy Nexus smartphone while the case is on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.


U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh did not issue a ruling by press time, and instructed Apple Inc.'s attorneys not to post a $95.6 million bond...
