Dodgers Lawyer Seeks to Keep Requested Financing

Bankruptcy specialist Bruce Bennett of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP claimed victory for the Los Angeles Dodgers in Delaware court on Tuesday when a federal judge approved the team's request to use a $150 million loan to keep the ball club afloat amid financial setbacks.
