Solar installer hires first general counsel

OneRoof Energy Inc., a San Diego-based residential solar panel company, has appointed its first general counsel, the company announced Wednesday. Dalton W. Sprinkle's appointment is effective immediately.

OneRoof Energy Inc., a San Diego-based residential solar panel company, announced Wednesday it has appointed its first general counsel. The appointment is effective immediately.


Dalton W. Sprinkle is expected to play a key role in the solar installer's "ongoing aggressive growth," according to a company news release. He will also hold the title of vice president of corporate development....
