Appellate specialist returns to Horvitz & Levy

Prominent appellate practitioner Jon B. Eisenberg is dissolving his two-man shop and returning to his former firm, Horvitz & Levy LLP, as of counsel.

Prominent appellate practitioner Jon B. Eisenberg is dissolving his two-man shop and has returned to his former firm, Horvitz & Levy LLP, as of counsel.


Eisenberg, 58, will also work as a legal fellow for the Electronic Frontier Foundation, focusing on national security issues. He will keep offices in Oakland.
