California lawyers wed Link_A_Media, Hynix

Morrison & Foerster LLP lawyers aided in the sale of Santa Clara-based media storage company Link_A_Media Devices Corp. to semiconductor company Hynix for approximately $248 million.

California lawyers worked on both sides of a deal by which South Korean semiconductor supplier and chipmaker Hynix, formerly SK Hynix Inc., plans to purchase Santa Clara-based media storage company LinkAMedia Devices Corp. for approximately $248 million.
