Stradling Yocca lawyer, wife arrested on conspiracy charges

A Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth PC attorney and his lawyer wife have been charged with three felony counts alleging they conspired to frame a parent volunteer at their son's Irvine elementary school. They were arrested Tuesday.

A Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth PC attorney and his lawyer wife have been charged with conspiracy to frame a parent volunteer at their son's Irvine elementary school. They were arrested Tuesday.


Kent and Jill Easter, both 38, of Irvine, allegedly planted drugs in their son's parent volunteer's car.
