LOS ANGELES — A former Apple Inc. in-house counsel must use her true name to sue the technology giant for discrimination, a state judge ruled Monday.
The judge ruled that the woman's age and gender bias claims do not warrant special protection, despite the attorney's allegations that she was pressured to perform disbarment-worthy acts.
