DMV sued for suspending licenses of low-income drivers

A coalition of legal aid and civil rights organizations filed suit against the state Department of Motor Vehicles on Tuesday, complaining that driver's license suspensions for low-income drivers who don't pay their tickets violate statutory, due process, and equal protection rights.
