SAN FRANCISCO - Attorneys guilty of the worst behavior are a step closer to never practicing law again.
      At a meeting in Los Angeles Saturday, the State Bar Board of Governors voted 9 to 5 in favor of recommending the Supreme Court adopt permanent disbarment as punishment for the most egregious misconduct.
