McAfee Receives Federal Subpoena
SAN JOSE - In another example of the potential legal exposure of some company lawyers in options backdating investigations, Santa Clara-based antivirus software maker McAfee Inc. announced Friday that it has received a grand jury subpoena from the U.S. attorney's office involving the May firing of former general counsel Kent Roberts and his activities involving stock options.
