Landlords Bullied Tenants, Suit Says

SAN FRANCISCO - One of the city's largest residential landlords was accused of vast and various illegal tactics to oust longtime residents from several apartment buildings, including entering the home of a woman while she was sleeping, according to a suit filed Wednesday by the San Francisco City Attorney's Office.
