SAN FRANCISCO - Superior Court Judge Paul H. Alvarado, a veteran of two decades on the bench, is retiring Wednesday.

SAN FRANCISCO - Superior Court Judge Paul H. Alvarado, a veteran of two decades on the bench, is retiring Wednesday.
