A Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner who became embroiled in a judicial bribery case has resigned from the court.
Lori-Ann Jones, a commissioner in the Inglewood Courthouse, had been on administrative leave since September after a Daily Journal article reported her involvement in a judicial candidate's alleged attempt to bribe an opponent in 2008. She resigned this week. He...
