Intellectual property litigator Mary Therese Huser left her senior legal position at eBay Inc. this week to rejoin her former law firm, Bingham McCutchen, squelching rumors that her departure several years ago had been part of the post-merger fallout after Bingham Dana acquired San Francisco litigation powerhouse McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen in 2002.
