Homeowners to Appeal Dismissal of Fraud Cases

Attorneys this week began the process of appealing a judge's recent decision to toss eight national class-action lawsuits pinning the country's mortgage implosion on large homebuilders including Centex Homes, Lennar Homes, Beazer Homes and Standard Pacific Corp.
