Judge Chastised for Court Conduct

The Commission on Judicial Performance has publicly admonished Trinity County Superior Court Judge Anthony C. Edwards for allowing a man - who had joked that the stunt would get him out of jury duty - to wear a tinfoil hat during court proceedings.

SAN FRANCISCO - Wearing a tinfoil hat may not get you kicked off a jury in Trinity County, but it will get you a rebuke from the Commission on Judicial Performance - if you're the judge who allowed it.
