Push For Sanctions Against Hitachi

Indirect plaintiffs alleging a massive price fixing conspiracy in the market for thin film transistor liquid crystal display panels have filed a motion for sanctions against Hitachi Ltd.

Indirect plaintiffs alleging a massive price fixing conspiracy in the market for thin film transistor liquid crystal display panels have filed a motion for sanctions against Hitachi Ltd. claiming the company committed an act of bad faith when, in answer to the complaint, it denied allegations it had previously admitted as part of a guilty plea in parallel criminal proceedings.
