Disbarred Lawyer Gets Hearing Date

SAN DIEGO - A disbarred lawyer who is accused of grand theft and fraud will go before a judge May 19 to see whether he must stand trial. Superior Court Judge Browder A. Willis said in a hearing Monday that he will set a preliminary hearing date for Jeffrey E. Harbin, 41.
