Boston and RITA Settle All Their Patent Disputes

Boston Scientific Corp. and RITA Medical Systems Inc. have reached a settlement of all patent disputes between the companies. The settlement, announced April 7, includes a $2.56 million payment by RITA as well as licenses from Boston Scientific to RITA and vice versa.
