Bench Trials May Prove Better For Employers Than Arbitration

However, deciding cases by arbitration has several distinct disadvantages. Few attorneys have considered, however, whether requiring disputes to be resolved in a bench trial (before a judge only) is a preferable and viable alternative to arbitration or a jury trial.
