'Employee' Definition May Bar Some Lawsuits

WASHINGTON - Ruling on a suit under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Supreme Court Tuesday adopted a definition of "employee" that may help insulate some professional corporations - including law firms - from suit under several major federal anti-discrimination laws.
