Activists on 'No-Fly' List Sue FBI
SAN FRANCISCO - Two peace activists and the American Civil Liberties Union filed suit against the FBI and other government agencies Tuesday, demanding the government disclose details about its secret "no-fly" list, which allows airline passengers to be detained and even prevented from flying if their names pop up during airport check-in.
