Court Reinstates Punitive Damages

SAN DIEGO - A federal appellate court Tuesday upheld a $1.15 million wrongful-termination award and reinstated a $1.15 million punitive damages award for a radiation-safety officer who alleged he was fired for making safety complaints to his San Diego employer.
