Brobeck Defense Uses Finger-Pointing Strategy

LOS ANGELES - The defense strategy against the $32 million lawsuit brought by Dickson, Carlson & Campillo appears to include some finger-pointing among the three defendants, Debra Pole, William Fitzgerald and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, according to opening statements for the defense Monday.
