Justices Will Revisit 'Miranda'

WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider a major question that arises when police officers fail to properly give suspects a Miranda warning: whether trial judges must suppress physical evidence obtained as a result of the suspects' unwarned statements.
