Police Charge Man Days After He Signaled He Might Sue Them

LOS ANGELES - The city of Inglewood has filed criminal charges against a man whose attorney notified them only days earlier of his intention to sue over a confrontation with police 10 months earlier that left him in a coma, the man's lawyer said Friday.
