Judge Finds His Heart Remains at Home

LOS ANGELES - Judge Carlos A. Uranga has never strayed very far from his East Los Angeles home. He was born in the area 62 years ago and has spent his entire life, including his 23 years as a Los Angeles Superior Court judge, in Alhambra.
