Defacto Pay Cuts Loom For State's Court Staff
SAN FRANCISCO - Some 1,434 employees of the state's appellate courts and the Administrative Office of the Courts almost certainly will suffer what amounts to a 5 percent pay cut in July because of budget shortages, court officials announced Tuesday.
