SAN FRANCISCO - As if the mystique around the military's Area 51 in the Nevada desert wasn't weird enough, now a federal appellate judge, who saw a History Channel documentary on the super-secret installation, wrote Monday that he's having second thoughts about the fairness of keeping details about chemicals burned there under wraps.
