SAN FRANCISCO - Gov. Gray Davis on Wednesday appointed Yolo County Superior Court Executive Officer Kathleen M. White to serve on the bench in her own right.
Responsible for managing the nonjudicial operations of the court, White, 49, of Davis, oversees a $8.5 million budget and 108 employees. She will receive an annual salary of $139,476 and fills a new position on the court.
