Gay Bias Suit By Students OK'd Despite School Appeal
SAN FRANCISCO - Six former Morgan Hill students, who claim principals ignored their complaints of taunts and beatings based on sexual orientation, won the right Tuesday to put the school's administrators in front of a jury for alleged civil-rights violations.
