High Court Puts Bankruptcy Attorney Fees in Play

The U.S. Supreme Court decided Tuesday that litigants can recover attorney fees in cases involving federal bankruptcy issues, ruling against Pacific Gas & Electric Co. in a dispute stemming from its 2001 bankruptcy.
