In a new survey released Tuesday that the American Medical Association says proves the need for medical malpractice tort reform, the group found nearly one lawsuit per every doctor surveyed.

In a survey released Tuesday that the American Medical Association says proves the need for drastic medical malpractice tort reform, the group found there was a lawsuit for nearly every physician surveyed and a whopping 90 percent of general surgeons over the age of 55 had been sued.
