Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton has unfrozen associate salaries nearly two years after placing raises on hold. The new pay scale, posted Friday on the blog Above the Law and confirmed by Los Angeles-based bankruptcy partner and chief talent officer Robert Williams, will bring most first-year associates' base salaries from $145,000 to $160,000 per year.
