California Bar Names New Counsel
The State Bar announced Wednesday that 10-year senior executive Starr Babcock will take over as the bar's general counsel next month.

SANTA ANA - The State Bar announced Wednesday that Starr Babcock, who has been a senior executive with the bar for more than 10 years, will take over as its general counsel next month.
Babcock, 63, replaces Marie M. Moffat, who retired in July last year.
