Nvidia to Fight Rambus ITC Win

Nvidia Corp. plans to challenge a recent loss in a patent infringement case against chip designer Rambus Inc., even as it pays out royalties on the three patents at issue.

Nvidia Corp. will challenge its recent loss in a patent infringement case against Los Altos-based chip designer Rambus Inc. on two fronts while starting to pay royalties on the three patents the International Trade Commission ruled it infringed, a spokesman said Tuesday.
