Actress Becomes Figure in Battle Over Conduct Of Strip Searches

A group of attorneys suing Los Angeles County over allegedly illegal strip and cavity searches of inmates want to talk to Lindsey Lohan to learn if she was strip searched in an outdoor parking area as part of the booking process.

LOS ANGELES - Attorneys suing Los Angeles County over allegedly illegal strip and cavity searches at a local jail want to talk to Lindsay Lohan to learn if she was forced to submit to a strip search in an outdoor parking area as part of the booking process.

Donald W. Cook, a civil rights attorney, is asking a federal judge to grant him emergency access to depose Lohan.
