LOS ANGELES - William N. Hebert of San Francisco's Calvo & Clark will become the new president of the State Bar in September.
The bar's Board of Governors elected Hebert on the fourth ballot Saturday afternoon in an unusual election in which all five third-year members of the board eligible for the presidency had run.
