The 3rd District Court of Appeal is facing major turnover in the coming months, and the Sacramento legal community is buzzing about possible appointees.
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's announcement Wednesday that he would nominate Tani Cantil-Sakauye as chief justice creates a third vacancy on the 11-member court.
