Film Financier Must Show His Hand

A judge on Tuesday ordered film financier David Bergstein and his former business partner to hand over records and give depositions regarding the financial state of his companies, which creditors are trying to push into bankruptcy.

LOS ANGELES - A judge on Tuesday ordered film financier David Bergstein and his former business partner, construction executive Ronald Tutor, to comply with a trustee's request to hand over documents and computer files and give depositions regarding the finances of Bergstein's companies that creditors are trying to push into bankruptcy proceedings.
