LOS ANGELES - A judge on Tuesday ordered film financier David Bergstein and his former business partner, construction executive Ronald Tutor, to comply with a trustee's request to hand over documents and computer files and give depositions regarding the finances of Bergstein's companies that creditors are trying to push into bankruptcy proceedings.
