LOS ANGELES - Ruling that plaintiffs' attorneys suing Dole Food Co. committed "blatant fraud" and "deliberately and unabashedly tampered with witnesses," a state court justice Thursday vacated a jury verdict and $2.3 million judgment against the grower, putting an end to the case.
