O'Melveny Sues Toy Maker Over Fees

O'Melveny & Myers sued MGA Entertainment late Tuesday, seeking $10.2 million in legal fees the firm contends the toy maker has refused to pay for representing the company in its legal fight to keep its Bratz dolls and defending it against several other lawsuits.
