LOS ANGELES - Lawyers representing Nicaraguan banana farm workers who allege they were sterilized by pesticides used by Dole Food Co. pulled a "fraudulent scheme" on the court, which demands a dismissal of their lawsuit, a lawyer for Dole argued in court Monday.
