Gun Show Ban to Be Reconsidered

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sent a challenge to Alameda County's ban on gun shows back to a three-judge panel Monday for a new opinion.

In light of last month's gun rights ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court, Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sent a challenge to Alameda County's ban on gun shows back to a three-judge panel Monday for a new opinion.
