Cash Seized at DUI Check Returned

A federal judge said it was "probably drug money" police took from the Sinaloa, Mexico man but it violated U.S. seizure laws.

LOS ANGELES - In a costly example of a bust gone wrong, federal prosecutors agreed to hand over more than half a million dollars of what a U.S. District judge called "probably drug money" to a suspected trafficker from Sinaloa, Mexico.
